220ml warm water (35–37°C)

The process of making bread is so easy and simple, you note some steps as below:
Steps to make bread from wheat flour:
Step 1: Mix the dough:
In a clean bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add 200ml of warm water and mix into a dough. Knead by hand or spatula for 5–10 minutes until the dough is elastic and smooth. The aim to create air on the dough to help the dough rise easily.

Step 2: Proof the dough
Brush the dough with a thin layer of oil, careful cover with a cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Shape the dough
After proof the dough in 30 minutes, spray some dry flour on them and knead the dough 10-15 times. Don not forget, fill some water if the dough is too dry. Allow it to rest for another 1 hour. Take the dough out and use your hands to scrape the dough to avoid allowing air to escape. Next, let it rise for around 30 minutes to let the dough rise more thoroughly and shape the dough to each small pieces.

Step 4: Baking
Preheat the oven to 220°C, then bake the bread for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature to 240°C for another 10 minutes until the bread is fully baked.
Arrange bread in the oven tray
Let the bread cool before serving. The bread will be better if use with vegetable, meat, sausage, milk or jam.
