After a year of hard work and win over the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, VNF is extremely proud and happy to have overcome the toughest period of the pandemic. The factory in Binh Duong implemented the "three-on-site" policy in accordance with government guidelines. During this difficult time, the company responded quickly and there were no cases of COVID-19 detected.
Now, in the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the New Year, the company organized a year-end party in a traditional ‘homemade’ style to show appreciation to all employees, create opportunities for socializing, and strengthen bonds between the leadership and staff.
Using the open space in the factory and following safety distance guidelines, the organizing committee set up banquet tables within the company’s premises to ensure the safety of all employees.
Before the party, to ensure safety and allow everyone to fully enjoy the festivities, all employees were tested for Covid, and the results were negative.
Every year, on behalf of the leadership, the HR department prepares programs and gifts to show appreciation and bring joy to the event, as well as provide employees with something special for the Tet holiday.
